PUTRAJAYA, June 20 — Seven individuals failed to obtain leave from the Federal Court to proceed with their appeal to challenge the decision by the Ministry of Health (MOH) to ban smoking in all eateries, hence ending their five-year legal battle.

PUTRAJAYA, Dec 14 — Family Support & Welfare Selangor & Kuala Lumpur (Family Frontiers) and six Malaysian mothers have obtained leave to proceed with their appeal against a Court of Appeal’s ruling which denied automatic citizenship to children born overseas to Malaysian mothers with foreign spouses.
